  This was myfirst time going here and Itook myson for his birthday which itwas his 2nd time and wehad agreat time. Will bedefinitely coming back. Save money bykeeping the socks and the arcade card for next time.

  Our son had anexceptional birthday party! Our host (it was somuch fun Iforgot her name) and the manager Tony were amazing and definitely attentive toall ofour needs! Iappreciated them allowing usextra time inthe room since wewere late because they truly didn’t have todo that. But the place overall were clean and all ofthe staff were friendly & everyone was busy working tomake sure customers had ablast!

  Angel Swas our party host and let mejust say hewas AMAZING!!! Wehad arocky start and the weather didn’t help but Angel made things right. Hewas super busy but made sure wedidn’t get neglected orfeel that hewas too busy forus. The rest ofthe people that work there could definitely learn fromhim. Wewill definitely ask for him inthe future!

  The pizza was great! And our host for the party was fantastic! Super personable compared toall the other workers wecame into contact with. Angel made sure wehad everything weneeded and always checked inonus.

  Birthday party: were told toarrive 15minutes early. Did soand itwas not open. Paid for 11—1birthday party. Book yours for atime after they’re already open. The kids loveit. Not all attractions open that wepaid for inthe package.

  This place isdefinitely more for ages 6—12, not somuch geared towards the teenagers. It'sfun, but over priced for what itis. Don't waste your money onthe arcade games (not included inthe intial park ticket price). The arcade games cost ahefty ticket price toplay and are short lived. Staffed byteenagers with nocustomer service who pay more attention togabbing toone another and their phones. Don't bother asking questions. You will bemet with rudeness and the typical teenage shrug.

  We live almost anhour away but just bought the membership. Love this place! MyDaughter is3socan't even dosome ofthe things but we're still here for hours! Highly recommend.

  I went there with agroup of10Iwas some disappointed due tothat some ofthe rides (6) that have aseat and spin were out oforder and only 5were available the kids weren't able toenjoy that moment. Also one ofthe kids lost aphone inthe sponge pit wewere told that when they clean the ball pit ina FEW WEEKS that they will give usa call. Ijust think that with all the money they charge everything inthat place should beup todate especially the sanitation.

  Poor service atthe cafe. How doyou have afood ticketing system that employees can 'miss' orders? Noapology for the crazy long wait time orfor being inept, just starred atme with alookof, 'so what, Idon't care.'

  People dump their junk ontables and walk away leaving noplace tosit and eat for people who actually bought food.

  No one regulates the harnesses for the Zipline and kids just goover and over while others are left standing inline waiting for aharness.
