Our Finance team is a dynamic group of analytical masterminds encompassing FP&A, Accounting, Tax, Purchasing, Payroll and more. Our teams work diligently to ensure we are tracking, evaluating, and reporting on key metrics, while staying on top of companywide budgets and quarterly forecasting projections. We also play a critical role in managing the company's global inventory of amazing collections, to ensure we can connect our customers with our products quickly and efficiently. A Day in the Life:

The typical day is... atypical. You might enjoy business changes which impact inventory accounting and control, reviewing Global Reconciliation between the Inventory Stock Ledger and General Ledger, lead meetings with our Distribution team, journalizing month end close and being responsible for ensuring the close process is completed smoothly and accurately. You enjoy creating, monitoring and reporting KPI's for all aspects of inventory and cost accounting and preparing various audit and financial statement schedules. Other responsibilities include:

• Monitor all transactions involving inventory to ensure the perpetual inventory records are maintained
• Work closely with cross-functional counterparts in our distribution centers and supply chain functions to develop and maintain policies and processes to handle new or existing transaction streams
• Perform Sarbanes-Oxley controls for the countries assigned and account reconciliations
• Review and analyze documents received from external departments for Duties, Freight, Finished Goods, and Miscellaneous invoices

To Land This Role:

• Degree in Accounting and a minimum of 3+ years related experience within the accounting field
• Experience with SAP and Manhattan WMI preferred
• Ability to understand systematic processes
• Advanced proficiency in use of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
• Strong aptitude to understand accounting systems and how to extract and reconcile information
• High level of attention to detail required in managing analytical tasks
• Excellent communications skills
• Strong problem-solving and follow through
• Show curiosity and willing to problem solve with a team

Compensation Range
The compensation range for this position is 80,000.00 USD - 105,000.00 USD. Our offer will be based on your relevant experience and work location.
