They did a good French gel mani and basic pedi. Not sure why they have such a low rating overall but they were all working hard and doing their best.

acrylic powder far OVER my cuticle, crooked shapes. one nail was shorter than the other and the lady didn't bother trying to fix it. i asked her to soak off my previous set and she proceeded to tell me "too hard." i got up before she could ask me to wash my hands and i left.

Terrible service! I asked for them to change something during my pedicure and she kept saying okay okay and never did it. They had old menus with old prices next to the pedicure chairs and when I asked about why she was trying to charge $20 for my daughter to just get color on her nails she pulled the menu from me and said that's old and gave me the new menu.

absolutely awful, they dropped and cracked my phone, she saw a picture on my phone & still managed to mess up & was extremely rude the whole time also managed to make my finger gush blood then continued to blame it on me then at the end charged me more then she said she was.
