Does it matter what you feed thralls? ›

Thralls don't have to be fed, as they depend on a decay timer. If you do not log in in 15 days they will disappear. They will consume preferred food in their inventory for healing when wounded.

Gruel is a generally good food to give your fighter thralls, as it gives a 14% chance boost to strength at level up and gives 6 hp/s. Certain foods also provide a temporary boost or penalty to current stats. Gruel gives +10% to strength and cooked pork rinds give +25% to strength.

Gruel is a food of mending, so by feeding your thralls it you will not only restore their health, but also increase the resistance to damage and accelerate the healing process. Gruel is widely popular because it has a healing property, and it can stack up in big amounts, providing your thralls with sustenance often.

Breaking Time

The time required to defeat a tier 4 or named thrall, who are recognized for their exceptional abilities and traits, is approximately 25.80 hours (92,920 seconds). This extended duration is proof of the power and value these superior thralls provide to your camp or base.

The Skeleos Cultist Master's armor has +agility, +concussion and +follower damage. The +follower damage won't help if it is worn by your follower. Thralls are not disadvantaged by wearing heavy armor, so your thrall is better off with a +agility heavy armor -- Stygian Soldier if you don't have any DLC's.

If you want to level the thralls up to 20 and min max their perks, then the three Darfari are the best: Thugra, Cannibal Brute and The Ritualist. They all have the highest damage modifiers in the game but they start with very low health, so you have to level them up to 20 and roll vitality perks so they don't die.
